These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products by the company Somnolia, whose registered office is located at 15, IMPASSE DES EPINGUY – 74100 VETRAZ-MONTHOUX, France, registered under SIREN number 838 041 341 00028.

1. Ordering Procedure

To place an order, the customer must visit the website somnolia.com and follow the ordering process. The customer can modify their shopping cart until the order is validated.

2. Payment

Payments can be made by credit card, via Stripe or Klarna.

Transaction security is ensured by SSL encryption protocols. Payment is required at the time of order.

3. Delivery

Delivery is free to all countries and takes between 5 and 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. In case of delay, the customer will be notified by email.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties. The customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to contact@somnolia.com.

5. Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity, the customer may request an exchange or a refund, subject to compliance with the return conditions.

Somnolia shall not be liable for any failure to perform the contract due to force majeure, stock shortage, or misuse of the products by the customer.
